OK, so I created 4 beautiful .png files in the requisite sizes, included them in my app, and pointed my Out-Of-Browser settings at them. The first time I installed my app OOB, everything went fine... the install screen made use of the image I'd provided. Then I changed my mind and disabled OOB. Then I changed my mind again, and reinstated OOB capability. But my custom icons never come into play anymore... instead I'm getting the generic SL OOB icon, both on the install screen, and on my desktop. What happened? I want my icon back... help!

OK - I answered my own question. I changed the build action of the .png "icons" from Resource to Content, and all is well. Hope this is helpful.
