Silverlight 1.0 content with Silverlight 2 plugins

Hi,

We have Silverlight 1.0 content up and running on our Live site. Since post the release of Silverlight 2, most of the users are going to install Silverlight 2 plugins, can someone please tell me if it would cause Silverlight 1.0 content's functionality to break for those users? Will Silverlight 1.0 controls work fine with Silverlight 2 plugins?

Silverlight 2 is fully backward compatible with Silverlight 1.0. We test a fairly comprehensive set of scenarios to ensure this. If you do see issues, please report them asap, so we can fix them.

does this mean that app developed on 1.1 will run on SL 2.0?

you see. 1.0 is NOT equal to 1.1.

Silverlight 1.1 doesn't compatible with any other version of Silverlight. So, 1.1 won't run on 2 beta1 or 1.0 release.
