Hi,
Can someone please provide me Silverlight.exe in Silverlight.zip file or anything else ?
I can't download EXE files but I need to install Silverlight :(
Can anyone help please ? I need latest Silverlight

Where did you try to download the installation file? Please take this url and have a try. We can get the steps here.
Also, we can search it online. For example, http://www.filehippo.com/download_silverlight/ (this is a link for Silverlight runtime).

Probably are you saying you are prohibited to download exe files in your network? If that is the case you must make a way to get the needed files externally or try uploading files else where as zip files and then download them...
But if that is not the case you can find all the individual files for download at the following location
http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/resources/technical-resources/default.aspx
