(IronSpigot::LogUtils::LogFinalResult) Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x80070643), Fatal error during installation.
I get the following error while trying to install silverlight 3 Tools

Hi,
Try uninstall Visual Studio 2008 and its components and restart the computer and install it again. Then upon the successful completion of this installation, install Silverlight.
