Silverlight 3 Tools for VS 2008 SP1 Fails on installing KB967143

 Install of Silverlight 3 Tools for VS 2008 SP1 Fails on Win XP SP3 system.

I manually uninstalled ALL Slverlight components and KB967143 before starting install fo SL3 Tools.

Can you tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

I tried that procedure but SL3 Tools still did Not install.

I am working with Win XP SP3 not Win 7.

My problem seems to be that KB967143 included with the SL3 Tools will not install. It really doesn't give details as to why.

First KB967143 would not unistall automatically. I got around that but unistalling KB967143 manually using the Control Panel Add/Remove programs.

I do not know why SL3 Tools can not uninstall or install KB967143.

 I need HELP with this !
