2.0 Beta1, IE 7 Refresh Quickly, Then Crash and Quit IE :(

I install SL2.0 Beat1 ,when I click refresh button in IE7.0 quickly some times, IE7 Crash and Eixt:(

I meet the same problem!

AppName: iexplore.exe  AppVer: 7.0.6000.16608  ModName: npctrl.dll
ModVer: 1.0.30226.2  Offset: 00025670

Seems it's a bug in SL2.0 beta1 plugins.
Could you please fix this asap.

I can reproduce this problem by below method:

1. Open http://silverlight.net  in IE7
2. When the site is openning , press "F5",  IE will crash in most case.

We have this problem when SL2.0 beta1 plugin installed.
