Create a silverlight 2.0 application via notepad

Hi,

I seen articles which discuss creating a silverlight app 1.0 via notepad. What r the dlls that needs to be referenced if you are creating an 2.0 app?

PS: Still doing stuff in ASP.NET 2.0. Be specific if you are talking about a higher framework.

hey, why go for Notepad?  You can download Visual Web developer express edition (It's Free) to create Silverlight 2 applications.
