Error code 2105 -netflix

Like another post I read, I too am having trouble playing my netflix instant movies. I called netflix and they said it was a microsoft error code. This started about a week or so ago and I have done everything I possibly can to correct this issue. This is how I found out I even had Silverlight on my computer. I have tried unstalling it to reinstall and it will not allow me to because it says it cannot find the patch, and then when I try to go to the website for help it says I already have it downloaded. But I try to download it again and it is unsuccessful. I feel like a gerbil in a wheel right now and I am getting very frustrated because I want to watch my movies that I am paying for. Can someone please help me get rid of this off my computer and possibly reinstall it? I am getting to the point where I do not want it back on my computer. HELP PLEASE!
