I am sure it is a bot please ban him

I am agree with you Ken, ossc_webapp is bot and should be stopped.

I also saw his response in many threads without any body.
I think such thing should be prohibited.

Hummm... a 2 gold stars participant with 581 blank posts ... I also kept receiving those same blank <p> </p> messages with the same little iconrecently.
I don't know who's behind this... Frankly I never really cared as I just flushed them as they kept coming...though I'm glad all of you guys (Ken, Jay and Harsh) didn't hesitate a minute to reportthis bot so that it could be banned for good. Thank you.
Some people may sure have a lot of time to waste.... but not us...

If it's a bot, then hopefully we won't see another one after ossc_webapp is banned.
I'm surprized this site doesn't have some type of anti-bot technology. Like Captcha or something...
I just looked at occs_webapp's profile and it seems he/she/it is posting at a speed of 1 every 30 seconds! Somebody stop him/her/it!

Make sure you click the "Report abuse" button on some of his (its?) posts, so make sure they now about it.
I also tried directly contacting some of the users that maintains this site, so we can get a stop put to this asap. Unfortunately this is a long weekend, so worst case it might not happen until Monday.

I'm not sure what pile of scum is responsible for this, but I'd hate to see Captcha for every post. Something like 10 Captcha free posts a day seems reasonable.

I do Agree With You. He became an Participant by just posting <p></p>. I have noticed it when I have answerd a post and after that I recieved 5 mails for new posts in that thread. Although I have reported them abuse. but no action taken yet. So I came here to post the meassage. but Here it is already posted by you Is there any mail id for the moderators to inform them.

That particular account has been deactivated. Unfortunately, it will take a bit longer to undo the mess they made. Sorry to all for the inconvenience - and thank you to all for the reports.

ossc_webapp also still has all of its accumulated points so it shows up in the Hall of Fame. If you can't remove the points correctly, how about giving it lots of 50 point "Violated Terms of Use" penalties.
