Hi All,
I have install vs2008 sp1 and then install the silverlight2 plugin and created a application and publish it with IIS (on that machine). Now, I want to depoly this applcation on another machine having only IIS6 (not the VS2008). Please anyone tell what will I require on this machine to run the applcation. Please provide me link to install silverlight2 server (not the silverlight plugin).

You do not need to install any Silverlight server. Just set MIME type in your IIS6.
For more, read this:

Yes, you are done. You just need to install Silverlight 2 runtime by clicking "Get Microsoft Silverlight" message. As Silverlight is cross browser plugin, it must be installed to view any silverlight content.

If your company not allows such links, than better you should take permission and install this. if anything goes wrong, you will be screwed. Once you install runtime, you are ready to go for Silverlight.
