Video Clip sites with Silverlight skipping videos

That's a tough one to describe, and I can't find anything about it through search engines either...

Any site that seems to be Silverlight enabled for video clips, (Comedy Central, and Discovery Channel for example), have lists of Shows, then by Season, then by Episode. In each Episode there are "clips". These are like playlist clips. However, when you click on the first clip to watch all of them, then finish watching that clip, almost EVERY SINGLE TIME it skips the second clip, and directly plays the third clip instead. 

 EX:
My TV Show>  Season 1>  1st Episode
(3 clips)  Beginning, Middle, and End.

 It'll completely bypass the middle clip, and jump right to the end clip.

 This happens on more than one computer, so I know it's not solely mine.

Moreover, it seems that after installing Silverlight, any website which uses Adobe Flash video streaming, seems to crash after loading a clip.
I think that's more of a coincidence, but its darn right frustrating when things worked before installing Silverlight, and now they won't.
