I have been a member of NetFlix for a few years and had no trouble with the instant movies. Now Silverlight has ruined it. I cannot get any further than the screen saying setting your player. I have installed and reinstalled at least a dozen times. The customer service at netflix tried to help and we did some config and that failed. I want the movies back so if anyone has any ideas please help.This is crazy. We have tried both windows and Firefox to no avail.

What does this really mean? Do you mean it prompts you to install Silverlight? Which Silverlight edition you have installed on your computer? If you install it for viewing the silverlight enabled websites only, you'd better install Silverlight Runtime. By the way, it is recommended to install Silverlight under the Administrator account. For example, we can right click on the installation file and choose "Run as administrator". Please let me know the result.
