project type() is not support by the version of visual studio

Hi,

I installed VS 2008 beta 2 , Silverlight runtime alpha, Silverlight tool for VS 2008, ASP.net 3.5 Extension, ASP.net future, Silverlight SDK.

according to given guide line availble on this site \Get Started.

But when 1 am trying to create a new ASP.net site  i am getting error "project type() is not support by the version of visual studio"

What should i do for that.

If you are using VS 2008 beta, you should install Silverlight tool for VS 2008 beta. (not release version) .

but another thing is that you are creating ASP.NET site then it would be great if you ask about asp.net-related questions in ASP.NET forum. This forum is for Silverlight.
